Management Service
Cornish Seaview Cottages is a small, friendly company who are committed to offering our guests and owners an outstanding personal service. We are an approachable, efficient and reliable team, and believe that the enjoyment we get from our job is reflected in our dealings with guests and owners alike.
We are now keen to take on the management of selected additional properties, and as a result, have set up 2 levels of service that we can offer owners:
1. Full Management Service.
A worry-free service for owners who wish to have minimal involvement in the letting of their property. We deal with all advertising, bookings, maintenance and caretaker matters. Commission rate of 17% (no VAT chargeable)
2. Marketing and Bookings Service.
For owners who wish to manage their own caretakers and maintenance issues. We deal with all advertising and bookings administration at a reduced commission rate of 14% (no VAT chargeable)
By offering these 2 levels of service we feel that we can be flexible to your needs, something we believe larger holiday lettings companies are unable to offer.
On average we achieve a bookings rate of 30 weeks a year once a property is established.
