Bright, fresh and inviting, Arnold Cottage enjoys glorious views over the surrounding fields to the sea. The upside-down arrangement of the house makes the most of its unique position and the decking area provides a fabulous space to unwind and take in the Cornish air.
With Treyarnon Bay just a 10 minute walk away and lovely restaurants in the local village, just one and a half miles up the road, there is everything you need for a perfect holiday without having to venture far.
The ground floor has two bedrooms - one with twin beds, the other a kingsize double. Plus a bathroom with
bath, shower over and w.c.
On the first floor there is a large living room and an
open plan kitchen. The living room has distant sea views as well as lovely
views of the surrounding countryside. There is a sofa bed in the living area suitable for accommodating 2 extra people.
There are patio doors leading out to a decking area and enclosed garden below. There are superb views of the countryside from
the decking which provides a great place to dine al fresco and relax.
The cottage has full central heating, a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher and
a fridge-freezer plus a barbecue. In addition, there is a TV/ DVD/ Video recorder
and a radio/ tape/ CD player. A cot and highchair are also provided.
Arnold Cottage is situated next to Primrose Cottage, but is totally separate in terms of having its own car parking and small garden. It is equipped for up to 6 people. The two properties can, however, be booked jointly to accommodate larger parties of up to 16.
There is
parking for up to 3 cars.
