Atlanta is a lovely 4
bedroomed detached bungalow commanding superb sea views. The
local cove at Bossiney is only a mile away and has its own beach when the tide is
out.
The property has 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed so can accommodate up to 10 people, in 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms with king size beds. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and one
main bathroom.
It has recently been extended and refurbished and now has a fantastic living space
with amazing views out to sea. The new kitchen is extremely well equipped and the
comfortable dining and living area is a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the sunsets.
There is a large decking area outside making the most of the views and it provides
a marvellous space to dine 'al fresco' in the summer. Outside in the back garden is a games room with a full size table tennis table.
The property is located within a few miles of Tintagel where you can explore the
mystical ruins of King Arthur's Castle situated on the rugged cliff tops of North
Cornwall's dramatic coast line. Also within a couple of miles is Boscastle, an historic
Cornish fishing village of immense charm and character.
The beautiful St. Nectan's Kieve Waterfall and Hermitage is located within a densely
wooded valley approximately half a mile from Atlanta and the excellent surfing beach
of Polzeath is also a short distance away. There are many stunning coastal walks
and good pubs/restaurants nearby.
Larger parties may be interested to know that Atlanta is situated next door but
one to Boskenna and combined they can accommodate up to 20 people.
Atlanta is a no-smoking property.
