It is in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and the development is just 50 meters from the waters edge and coastal footpaths, overlooking the beach.
Internally the property has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double with king size bed. The twin bedroom has French doors onto a Juliet balcony and the double room has lovely rural views. The sofa bed downstairs has a deluxe mattress for extra comfort.
There is a main bathroom with bath and shower over and under floor heating in the bathrooms.
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen and living room with French doors out onto the terrace. The kitchen has granite work surfaces and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, gas hob, built in oven, fridge/freezer and microwave.
There is broadband access, sky tv, with free channels and an entertainment system with an integrated speaker system arrangement to living areas, kitchen and principle bedroom. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.
Outside there is a terrace with bbq and table and chairs and a communal courtyard. The beach is literally only a stone's throw away and the property is perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting.
The development is secured by a key entry system it surrounded by landscaped grounds with parking for one car and a guest car park.
Treyarnon Bay is approached via scenic country lanes which lead down to the superb bay flanked on either side by imposing cliffs. The beach has golden sand and there is a large natural swimming rock pool at low tide. It is one of the smallest on the North Coast making it an ideal retreat location.
Whether it is just around the corner or just around the headland there are endless things to do, see and enjoy on the rugged North Cornish Coast. Sailing, surfing or golfing, walking or cycling the Camel Trail, exploring the endless coastal paths, taking an early morning swim in the invigorating surf or just relaxing at one of the numerous local restaurants and enjoying fabulous fresh seafood with a chilled bottle of wine; this part of Cornwall has it all.
