Situated on top of a hill above the beach it only takes a couple of minutes to walk down the steps to the beautiful golden sand. There is a sun deck with barbeque and outdoor furniture and from here you can enjoy the far reaching views and incredible sunsets.

The handmade kitchen is modern and fully equipped with solid oak cupboards and stainless steel appliances. Only 50 meters away from the property there is also a great restaurant cafe and bar overlooking the sea and this is open all day.
The property has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6:
- 1 large double room with ensuite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the sea plus TV.
- 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.
- 1 small bedroom downstairs with 2 x 2'6" beds.
- There is also a shower room and further wc downstairs.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, with handmade oak cupboards, dishwasher etc. This leadsdown into a comfortable living room with amazing views over the fabulous beach below. There is a flat screen tv and dvd. This room has large glass doors leading to an outside decking area -
perfect for sunbathing and dining al fresco. BBQ provided.
The property has lovely furnishings and is fully equipped with everything you would need
for a relaxing holiday. Throughout the property you can see a lot of thought has gone into creating a beautiful and comfortable holiday home.
If it is excitement you are after you can find all sorts of Extreme Sports in Watergate Bay or simply walk around the corner to the neighbouring cove of Lusty Glaze Beach which has a large activity centre offering abseiling, cliff climbing, zip wire and many water based acitivites. Next door is our other property The Beach House, both properties could be rented together for larger groups.
Please note that there is a steep drop at the end of the decked outdoor area, which may not be suitable for young children. However, a highchair and cot are available should you require them.
