- 1 large double room with ensuite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the sea plus TV.
- 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.
- 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 2'6" beds which can be placed together to make a large kingsize bed.
- There is also a shower room and further wc downstairs.
The property has a fully fitted kitchen, with handmade oak cupboards, leading onto a comfortable living room with amazing views over the fabulous beach below. There is a flat screen tv and dvd. This room has large glass doors leading to an outside decking area -
great for sunbathing and dining al fresco.
The property has lovely furnishings and is fully equipped with everything you would need
for a relaxing holiday. The bathrooms are of a very high standard with power showers and granite surfaces and throughout you can see a lot of thought has gone into creating a beautiful holiday home.
Fabulous restaurants can be found nearby. Jamie Oliver's Fifiteen, is just in the next bay along at Watergate Bay and if the tide is out and you time it right you could even walk there! Also Rick Stein's resturants in Padstow are only 20 minutes away.

If it is excitement you are after you can find all sorts of Extreme Sports in Watergate Bay or simply walk around the corner to the neighbouring cove of Lusty Glaze Beach which has a large activity centre offering abseiling, cliff climbing, zip wire and many water based acitivites. Porth View has amazing views over the beach and out to sea and with direct access
onto the sands and all the amenities nearby it couldn't be better positioned for a perfect holiday..
