This gorgeous 400yr old cottage has everything you could wish for. It is only a 10 minute
walk to the golden sands at Treyarnon Bay - a wonderful family beach great for surfing
and exploring the rock pools. One of the best beaches on the north coast.
Plenty of shops, galleries and restaurants can be found in Padstow harbour just 3 miles away
or there is a choice of good restaurants in the local village 1 mile away. Primrose Cottage
is private and peaceful and with all its charms and character this property is perfect for
families and those just wishing to get away from it all.

- 2 double bedrooms (with kingsize beds)
- 2 twin bedrooms (one accessed through the other)

- Large kitchen with dining area, aga/dishwasher

- Large enclosed garden and patio area with teak garden furniture
- Cot and highchair can be supplied on request
The large garden has a superb patio with wonderful views. There is central heating throughout
the property and linen is provided. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the property
but well trained dogs are welcome. A barbecue is provided for your use. There is also parking
for up to 5 cars.
NB: For larger groups wishing to holiday together Arnold Cottage is just next door to
Primrose Cottage and combined they can accommodate up to 16 people.
