Within the village there is a choice of local shops, pubs and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk of the property. The main living area comprises a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar plus a dining area.
This leads on to the lounge area with tv/dvd and a couple of sofas to relax on. The main living area also has patio doors leading out to a decked area overlooking the garden.

Outside you have your own private terrace with bbq and outside table and chairs for dining al fresco and watching the spectacular sunsets. The owners who are discreet, are on hand for any help if you need it to help make your holiday more enjoyable. They know the area well and can offer friendly advice as to the best beaches, attractions and days out to suit your needs.
The village of Kilkhampton has friendly pubs, a local post office, newsagents and butchers, two convenience stores, gift shops, a Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shop. Just outside the village is a local Farm shop selling its own meat and vegetables, homemade pasties, bread and cakes.
The nearest beaches are Sandymouth and Duckpool which are only 3 miles away and the Atlantic coast provides spectacular walks and numerous sandy bays with plenty of opportunity for surfing.
The seaside resort of Bude is only 6 miles away from the property and there you will find beautiful sandy beaches, perfect for a family holiday. There is a also a tidal sea water swimming pool, modern indoor leisure pool, 18 hole golf course and many other sports facilities. The town retains the charm and atmosphere of a traditional seaside resort and has much to offer. Further along the coast you will find Boscastle and Tintagel – charming places to explore and to witness the dramatic coastal scenery.
