The house is not on the water's edge, and therefore does NOT have a direct sea view, but it is just a short walk down to the golden sands of Porth beach, making this an ideal base for a family break away.

Upstairs, the house is made up of a modern, open-plan sitting room/dining room/kitchen with a balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Downstairs, the master bedroom has doors out to a decked garden area, and there is also an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has 3 single beds and there is a separate bathroom across the hallway. Please note: the property is in the second row back and threfore does not have a direct seaview.

Whatever you are looking for in a holiday, Porth can offer it to you. The lovely sandy beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, bodyboarding, or exploring the rock pools. Newquay is only 2 miles away and it has a wealth of activities for all the family. Padstow is just 20 minutes away by car and the Eden project is also very close. There are extreme sports available in the next cove along at Lusty Glaze Beach which you can walk to in 5 minutes and Watergate Bay is home to Jamie Oliver's restaurant Fifteen Cornwall - which can be reached by foot if the tide is out!
