Our Pick of the Cool Cornish Beach Cafes!

Everyone knows that the beaches in Cornwall are some of the best in the world, so we have decided to pick a selection of our favourite beach cafés on some our favourite beaches. You can experience many of these cool destinations from the array of Cornish Seaview Cottages properties on offer.

Simply imagine yourself watching that perfect sunset, grabbing a post surf snack or simply warming your hands with a steaming hot chocolate after coming away from one of these amazing locations.

Hidden Hut, Porthcurnick Beach, Portscatho

Little more than a shack hidden away on Porthcurnick Beach, the Hidden Hut’s popularity has grown thanks to the exceptional seasonal food it serves in a magical setting. A great place for a delicious simple lunchtime snack or as a takeaway to be eaten on the beach while you explore the Roseland Peninsula. The seating is outside, so come prepared for all weathers!

Live the Dream at the UK’s only bar on the beach! This venue is surrounded by a three-mile stretch of sand and offers good food, live music and a wide selection of drinks.

Surfside and Rum Bar, Polzeath

The tiki style Rum Bar, which first opened its doors to customers back in 2017, was hand built from the ground up (using a lot of reclaimed timber!). A truly unique venue, the ramshackle bar nestled into the cliffs at the back of the beach in Polzeath served (and still serves) an exciting selection of rum based cocktails created from the extensive 90+ range of rums that sit behind the iconic bar. If rum is not your thing don’t worry, they / we also serve an ever changing choice of quality beers and fine wines as well as a number of other spirits and soft drinks.
