Lovely personalised service after my initial enquiry by phone, thank you. I was able to make a provisional booking while my annual leave was finalised which was really helpful. The choice of a Fri or Sat start date was also appreciated. All these things took the pressure off booking a very popular location with limited options remaining.

Booking completed online without any problems. The website is clear to understand, simple to use and quick to process. Found the property we were looking for without any difficulty. Entered the required dates and completed booking Very simple.

Booked online but I did have some problems as I kept getting a message saying I was blocked. This happened after I tried to pay so I thought it hadn’t gone through but then I got a confirmation email. A bit confusing!
